Subscription refunds
Inventory Management with Sheets™ subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Requesting a refund
If you believe you have been charged in error or are unsatisfied with the service, contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@inventory-management-with-sheets.hivetechs.io. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Free tier
The free tier of Inventory Management with Sheets™ has no charges and therefore no refunds apply.
